The American Mutoscope and Biograph Company was founded in 1895 in New York City and is the oldest movie production company in the United States. It's heyday was the era of silent film.The company was started by nickelodeon producer William Kennedy Laurie Dickson, an inventor at Thomas Edison's laboratory who helped pioneer the technology of capturing moving images on film.

USS Arleigh Burke DDG 51 is the first ship in the DDG series all named for famous American servicemen. Arleigh Burke was the commodore of DesRon 23 “The Little Beavers” in the South Pacific during WWII. He later served as CNO during the Kennedy admin.
The model is scratch built – aircraft plywood frames and siding, fiber glass covered. Super structure is aircraft ply and styrene. Molded parts are from Scale Shipyard. The ship is powered by 2 12V Dumas direct drive motors with two Vantec speed controllers. The forward vertical launch bay contains a firing box for two micro rockets
